These Terms apply to the use of caelvira.com and purchases made through the website. By browsing the store or submitting an order, you agree to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate information required to complete the transaction.

Product Information

Caelvira presents product images, descriptions, size information, colors, materials, prints, prices, and availability as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings, lighting, fabric batches, print placement, production tolerances, and measurement methods may cause minor differences. Review the product page before purchase.

Prices and Checkout

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change before an order is placed. The amount displayed in the final checkout stage is the amount submitted for payment, subject to correction of an obvious pricing, currency, discount, or technical error. Any shipping charge or tax collected directly at checkout is shown before payment.

Order Review and Acceptance

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order. We may still review payment status, stock, address information, product options, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, or obvious technical errors before fulfillment. If an order cannot be fulfilled, any eligible collected payment is returned through the original payment method.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Contact customer service promptly if you need to correct an address, quantity, size, color, or other order detail. A request is not complete until Caelvira confirms it. Once fulfillment, packing, production, or shipment has progressed, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Processing and Delivery

In-stock products are normally dispatched within 72 hours after payment confirmation. Products clearly marked as pre-order are normally dispatched within 7-10 days. After shipment, estimated delivery is generally 20-30 days. The Shipping Policy explains tracking, address requirements, customs, delays, and undeliverable parcels in more detail.

Returns, Refunds, and Quality Warranty

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 15 days after delivery. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Eligible products include a 60-day limited quality warranty from the delivery date for verified manufacturing defects. Additional conditions are stated in the Return Policy.

Promotions

Discount codes and promotions may be limited by product, quantity, customer, destination, order value, or expiration date. We may correct or withdraw a promotion affected by an obvious technical error, misuse, or unauthorized manipulation.
